This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot confirm a live warrant, change a court record, accept a bond payment, arrange a surrender, or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court or the relevant law-enforcement office.
Need Official Warrant Information?

The Magistrate lists weekday office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; that schedule is not a warrant-clearance appointment policy. Call first to ask which office can answer the specific case question.
Requesting Public County Records. For an Abbeville County FOIA request, use the county's signed request form and submit it in person or by mail to the County Director, Abbeville County Administration Complex, 903 West Greenwood Street, Suite 2800, Abbeville, SC 29620. The county does not list fax as a submission route.
The county may request a deposit equal to 25 percent of estimated costs before processing. Describe the record narrowly and ask the office whether a nonexempt portion can be released. South Carolina FOIA applies to public-body records, subject to statutory exemptions; it does not create access to every warrant or investigative file.
